Originally from Mexico and Peru and introduced by the Spanish, the fruit very attractive and energetic, almost a vegetable butter, E rich that is assigned an active role in delaying the aging process.
Avocados are a perfect food as a natural replacement vegetarian proteins contained in meat, eggs, cheese and poultry. The properties of avocados are very beneficial to health: they contain essential fatty acids and high quality protein is easily digested without contributing negatively cholesterol.
